Who is responsible
Kankara Agency Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong under Business Registration No. 76775552, registered at Unit 1102, 11/F, 29 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, decides how and why the data described here is processed. Questions and requests: admin@hypari.com.
What we collect
- Visitors to this website
- Standard web server request logs: IP address, time, page requested, browser identification. No advertising trackers and no analytics scripts run on this site.
- People who write to us
- The address you write from and whatever you put in the message.
- Clients using the service
- Account and billing details, and the material supplied for production — audio, text, images, brand guidelines.
- Connected social accounts
- When a client links an account, we receive an access token and the data the platform grants for that scope: channel and profile identifiers, the client's own published posts, and the statistics the platform returns about them. We use these only to publish and report on that client's behalf. We do not collect data about other people's accounts, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
Why we process it
To provide the service a client has asked for, to answer correspondence, to bill, to keep the service secure and available, and to meet legal obligations. Where consent is the basis — as when a client links a social account — the connection itself is the consent, and it can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting the account or writing to us.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that make the service work: our hosting and storage provider, our speech synthesis and language model providers, payment processors, and the social platforms a client has chosen to publish to. Each receives only what its part of the job requires. We disclose data to authorities only where the law obliges us to.
Where it is kept and for how long
Data is processed on servers in the European Union. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Client material and account records are kept while the client uses the service and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law. Access tokens are deleted as soon as an account is disconnected.
Deleting your data
Full instructions, including how to cut our access immediately in each platform's own settings, are on the data deletion page. In short: write to admin@hypari.com from the address linked to your account with Data deletion in the subject line. We confirm within 7 days, complete the deletion within 30 days, and write to tell you it is done.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to admin@hypari.com. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
YouTube API Services
Parts of the service use YouTube API Services to publish to and report on a client's own channels. By using those parts you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time on the Google account permissions page. Data retrieved through YouTube API Services is used only to operate the client's own channels, is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, and is never used to train models or to build profiles of viewers.
Security
Traffic to this site and to our service is encrypted in transit. Credentials and access tokens are stored with restricted permissions on systems reachable only by named administrators. Backups are encrypted and access to them is logged.
Children
The service is sold to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the new version is posted here and the date above changes. Clients with an active contract are told by email.

Что собираем. От посетителей сайта — обычные журналы веб-сервера: IP-адрес, время, запрошенная страница, браузер; рекламных трекеров и аналитических скриптов на сайте нет. От написавших — адрес отправителя и содержание письма. От клиентов — учётные и платёжные данные и материалы, переданные для производства. При подключении социального аккаунта — токен доступа и те данные, которые площадка выдаёт в рамках разрешения: идентификаторы канала и профиля, собственные публикации клиента и статистику по ним. Эти данные используются только для публикации и отчётности от имени клиента. Данные чужих аккаунтов не собираем, персональные данные не покупаем и не продаём.
Зачем. Чтобы оказывать услугу, отвечать на письма, выставлять счета, поддерживать безопасность сервиса и выполнять требования закона. Там, где основанием является согласие, им служит само подключение аккаунта; отозвать его можно в любой момент.
Кому передаём. Только поставщикам, без которых услуга не работает: хостинг и хранилище, синтез речи и языковые модели, платёжные сервисы, и те площадки, куда клиент сам решил публиковать. Каждый получает лишь то, что нужно для его части работы. Государственным органам — только когда обязывает закон.
Где и сколько храним. Обработка идёт на серверах в Европейском союзе. Журналы сервера — до 90 дней. Материалы и учётные записи клиента — пока он пользуется услугой и до 12 месяцев после её прекращения, если закон не требует дольше. Токены доступа удаляются сразу при отключении аккаунта.
Удаление данных. Подробный порядок, включая немедленный отзыв доступа в настройках каждой площадки, — на странице удаления данных. Коротко: письмо на admin@hypari.com с адреса, привязанного к учётной записи, с темой «Data deletion»; подтверждение в течение 7 дней, удаление в течение 30 дней, уведомление по завершении.
Ваши права. Вы можете узнать, какие данные о вас у нас есть, потребовать их исправления или удаления, ограничить обработку или получить копию в переносимом формате. Жалобу можно подать уполномоченному по защите персональных данных Гонконга или надзорному органу по месту проживания.
YouTube API Services. Часть сервиса работает через YouTube API Services для публикации и отчётности по собственным каналам клиента. Применяются Условия YouTube и Политика конфиденциальности Google; отозвать наш доступ можно на странице разрешений Google. Полученные данные используются только для работы каналов клиента, обновляются или удаляются в течение 30 дней и никогда не идут на обучение моделей и построение профилей зрителей.
Безопасность и дети. Трафик шифруется, учётные данные и токены хранятся с ограниченными правами на системах, доступных только названным администраторам, резервные копии зашифрованы. Услуга продаётся компаниям и не предназначена детям; данные лиц младше 16 лет мы осознанно не собираем.
